Our specialty is working with our customers to develop prototype parts. With our extensive in-house tooling capabilities, we are ideally equipped to design and manufacture virtually any part according to our customer's specifications.

We are also leaders in automation, using computer-controlled CNC production equipment that allows us to achieve maximum control, efficiency, capability, and work toward our goal of zero defects in the manufacturing process.

Compression Springs

We manufacture compression springs in a wide variety of sizes and shapes, including straight, concave, conical and barrel, with either squared or ground ends.

Extension Springs

Dominion Spring Industries manufactures extension springs in almost any length and degree of tension according to pulling force. While hook and crossover loop ends are standard, we design and manufacture the ends to meet your particular application.

Torsion Springs

Usually used over a supporting rod or arbor for most effective operation, torsion springs can be produced with either left-hand or right-hand coil direction.

Spring ends are available in several standard forms, including short hook, hinge, straight offset, straight torsion, and double torsion. Hook and special ends are designed and manufactured especially to meet your requirements.

Wire and Flat Formings

We specialize in making wire and flat formings using flat, round, square or rectangular spring wire. We manufacture flat formings from steel, copper, annealed materials, phosphor bronze, or other alloys, depending on our customers' needs.

Stampings

We produce a wide variety of light metal products, in virtually any material ranging from traditional punched and formed parts, from eyelets to complex, multi-component assemblies.

Our sophisticated manufacturing process is ideally suited to the production of intricate and delicate high-tech components, for use in consumer and automotive electronics, computer hardware, and communications equipment , fasteners, and clips used in automotive interior trim.

Value-added operations such as threading, welding and assembly operations, painting for identification, are performed using automated machinery.
