 At
Dominion Spring, we are constantly looking for
new ways to enhance our overall performance
as a proven JIT supplier. To that end, Dominion
Spring Industries is registered to ISO 9002
certification as of July of 1996, QS-9000 as
of July of 1998, and as of August of 2001, we
are proud to announce our successful registration
with the ISO/TS-16949 quality system, a globally
recognized quality standard.
At DSI, we believe quality
is measured by customer satisfaction. Our registration
to the ISO/TS-16949 standards have continued
to exemplify our undivided commitment to quality
and continuous improvement.
The ISO and QS levels of quality
system accreditation have been benefiting DSI
as well as our customers from the time of our
first successful registration in 1996.
Our enhanced focus on continuous
improvement, increased use of Advanced Product
Quality and Planning (APQP) to anticipate and
resolve potential problems, and our commitment
to defect prevention are resulting in our product
meeting stringent quality requirements.
DSI is dedicated to providing
high quality and cost-effective production,
on time delivery and complete customer satisfaction.
To help us achieve this goal, we have implemented
a defect prevention approach to quality using
modern QA techniques and the APQP process.
Our quality system uses state
of the art measuring and testing equipment,
and computer aided Statistical Process Control
to ensure tight tolerance control.
Specific measurables
are the key to DSI's Continuous Improvement
program. Using measurables, we strive for our
quality goals, whether they be zero defects,
or our goal of 100% on-time delivery.
